In the industrial district of Punta Arenas, in the Magallanes region, at the southern tip of South America, lies the Perro Ovejero brewery, founded by Francisco Toro (31) in 2016 after several years as a homebrewer. According to Toro, the hallmark of the project is “experimentation,” and today it aims to establish itself as one of the major brands in the region.
